On Day 1 of the 5th India-England Test at The Oval, Shubman Gill etched his name in history. He became the highest run-scorer by an away captain in a SENA Test series.
Gill needed just 1 run to surpass Garry Sobers’ 1966 record of 722 runs. He achieved it by scoring 2 runs on the 6th ball of his innings.
